A psychodynamic psychotherapist, I specialise in supporting people experiencing loss and addiction through a talking therapy. I provide a safe and confidential space for people to work through about their issues and work towards their goals.

What do you need?
I will support you to deal with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. This would be through either counselling, brief intervention and longer term psychotherapy, and addiction recovery work. We will work together to achieve your goal is to help you gain gain insights into your way of being and ultimately improve your quality of life.
